EXCHANGE/ RETURNS/ REFUNDS
*Please refer to our size guide before purchasing any of the products*
- Customers can exchange the product within 7 days from the date of purchase. Returns are only accepted if the product received is faulty or not as described.
- Maintaining the hygiene standard of our products, kindly return the product in the same condition as you received them in.
- Please ensure that all tags are fully attached to the items and are in their original undamaged packaging.
- Sale items are not eligible for returns/exchange unless you have received a damaged product.
- Please reach out to us at info@kalakarani.com if there are concerns regarding our product quality.
- Please inform us regarding the damage or returns within a period of 48 hours from the time of receipt of the product.
- Items like socks and bespoke/custom items are not eligible for a return or exchange.
- International orders are not eligible for a return/exchange.
- Refunds will be issued in the same mode as was utilised for payment. Please note that we do not refund original or return shipping charges and the refund shall be processed in 7-10 business days.
CANCELLATIONS
- If you wish to cancel your order, please write to us at support@kalakarani.com within 12 hours of placing the order. Do mention ‘CANCELLATION’ in the subject and details of your booking order with product name in the mail.
- Please note that the returns, exchanges, refunds, cancellations will not be accepted by us on Kalakarani products purchased/ordered from other locations such as Retail stores, exhibitions or other websites.
We request you to read the following in order to avoid any possibility of above:
- Please provide correct delivery address with P.O Box and a valid contact number.
- The courier agent will only make 3 attempts for delivery after which the product is returned to us and to make another delivery attempt, there will be an additional shipping charge.
- Please refer to our size guide for the same before purchasing.
