Shipping policy

SHIPPING

All orders are shipped from our studio in New Delhi, India.

Once you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation containing the detail of your order. Our standard shipping takes around 7-10 business days for dispatch. However, we recommend you to refer to the delivery timelines given specifically alongside product information as per each product.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number, which you can use to track your order on our shipping agents’ sites.

Domestic Shipping

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout. Please allow 2-5 business days for your goods to reach the destination after dispatch.

International Shipping

International orders are final sale and cannot be returned.

Kalakarani ships to almost all major countries- India, USA, Middle East, Europe, Japan and Hong Kong at a flat rate calculated by weight for different zones. When you review your order at checkout, you will see the total shipping amount for the items that you have selected. Please note Kalakarani does not take responsibility if the packet gets held at customs or at any other point in the destination country.

Please allow 5-10 business days for international shipments.
